Teemo passive prevents returning items

So I've been playing a lot of the little rodent lately. and I've noticed that when I back and buy a new item and then change my mind and can't use the back option in the shop because teemo's passive gets activated from being idle in the fountain while the shop is open. This honestly needs to be fixed to where his passive won't work in the fountain or at least have it massively delayed while in the fountain.

Possible Fixes: Turn off Teemo's passive in fountain. Delay Teemo's passive by ~10 seconds while in fountain.
