Shen Audio Bug?

A few days ago, during a game I played with Shen in ranked. I had the opposing team mention a couple times that my ult sound effect never played during the transport onto the target of the ult. There by allowing them no warning if, say my ult's shield got bursted down too quick or was stacked onto the recipients personal shield effects(ie: Naut's W or Janna shield.

Now I hate to essentially hurt one of my mains and nerf myself, but I believe in fair play and since I haven't seen a report of this in the past few days, I figured I'd do it myself. Riot also believes in clarity of spells and effects, and since there was always a sound effect to go with the ult and after seeing opponents reactions to my ult during this game, I do believe that they were being honest. I just wanted to bring this to Riot so they could at least look into it and see if the audio no longer works properly.
