Bug where client thinks im in game but im not so i cant do anything but press reconnect

I clicked play on blind pick earlier and it made the queueing sound didn't start a queue timer on the right so i did it a few more times and since it was still broken. Now that i've logged out and back in it seems to be tricked to thinking in game but since there is no real game i only have the reconnect option but i can't reconnect obviously so its stuck there.
