I have noticed and my friend had noticed in game i randomly tab out at times. I remember the mouse button bug that tabbed us for some reason but this one just happened while i am clicking a lot and happens sometimes when i click back to lane
try closing google chrome, it might be the culprit cus that usually works for me, if it isnt open then idk just hope for the best

its a bug. LeagueClient.exe is stolling the focus and tab you to windows.
I have this problem as well.
