Invisible Wall at Fountain

There's a few mostly ignored posts about this exact topic and a few videos, but this just happened to me and cost me a loss in a ranked game. Right after a streak of losses involving DCs/afks past the remake time limit - glad I still lose FULL lp for that by the way it feels great - I discovered a potentially gamebreaking bug that happened to me in this game.

I loaded in a little with some lag for whatever reason, but once I loaded in and finished buying my items and everybody else had left the fountain. I was stuck, I couldn't actually leave the fountain. I took Caitlyn E level 1 to see if I could force myself out of it, but upon being launched over the invisible wall I was forced hard back into the fountain and was unable to leave. I had to relog before I was able to leave the base.

Looking into this would be pretty good, it's actually happened to me before not too long ago but it didn't cause anything because I could actually leave the base slightly after this originally happened.
