Trundle wall causes you to take turret damage
The ability/wall comes with no damage dealt and when in-reach of enemy turret, after hitting an enemy champ with the wall, the turret will target me as if I have damaged that person.

Yeah it deals 1 true damage, so you can get agro and it helps diving with a squishy ally.
