Anivia Ult vs Banshees Veil

So recently I came across a bug where Ult does not proc I experienced this in a game against an I would post the replay but not sure how. There is nowhere in banshees veils description that indicates that her ult shouldn't proc banshees veils ability. Maybe I missed something in the patch notes but this feels kinda unfair if something that is supposed to be effected by ability can ignore certain abilities
