Ranked Matchmaking System Flawed?

So I just played a ranked game, and I am by no means a great player but I just had an issue with being matched with low skill players. I know this is a very common and often times petty argument, but I think there might be something wrong with how players are matched to their skill level. Like I said I am by no means a pro player as I am hovering somewhere around the high silver low gold elo range but I just played a ranked match where two unranked level 30 players were put into my game. This in and of itself I have no problem with if their skill level matched who they were playing against. I have played many a game with unranked players who genuinely deserved to be in my game, if not in a higher elo then mine. However this was far from the case, feel free to look at my game (link below) . They had no where near the skill required to be in a gold level match and I am trying to say that in the nicest way possible (there is already enough salt in this game as it is). This is a big problem I feel because not only does it ruin the game for all those on my team who have earned their way into their skill level but it also ruins the game for the lower skill players as well. No one has fun when you are thoroughly outmatched in every way. I just wanted to post this to shed light on how the ranked matchmaking system might be flawed currently.
