Akali Has a bug

So, seems after 6.22 her W is fixed and not AOE, This bug is destroying our laning phase, can you please fix this bug?

Also R has been nerfed so hard that just throwing Q and not procing does more damage than using her R. What an ultimate. does no damage even when someone is basically in a wheel chair :) thanks for the fix guys!
