Ult causing locked camera

I've run into a reoccurring problem with my camera locking when I ult. This seems to happen with champions that involve the camera moving with them, (Ex: Jhin, Ekko, etc.) I've tried everything in the options to revert this when it occurs, but the only thing that seems to get the camera back to unlocked is death, automatically fixing it when I respawn. Has this bug occurred to anyone else? It can't be my computer, as I just recently switched and they have both had this bug occur in numerous games. It can really leave an impact on your play, so I'm hoping this can shed some light on the issue and find some others that have had this bug.
