Teleporting around with no ping problems

I've been experiencing the issue of the every champion and monster in the game almost jittering around, somewhat like tiny disconnects from the server. I've restarted my computer and internet connection and the problem is still consistent. I play at about 200 fps and 72 ping, so I don't think that's the issue. Its already heavily impacted 2 of my ranked games, I hope this gets fixed soon.
