[CLIENT]Can't Get Access To My Hextech Inventory

I can't get any access at all to the items in my inventory. I know for a fact I've gotten 6 key fragments from my last few games but it will not allow me to use them to make keys. Same goes for my skin fragments and champ shards. it won't let me see or do anything with them at all. my friends can access theirs no problem but mine just will not do anything. What's going on?
