Game changing bug. I've lost SO many games because of this. [Rek'Sai]

Sometimes when trying to tunnel through a wall, you stop on the wall and the tunnel is created but you just get stuck on the same side of the wall. I have lost SO many games as a Rek'Sai OTP because I get caught / cant get a pick / etc bc i expect to have my escape over the nearby wall and it bugs out. This has been a bug since she was released over 3 years ago. It happens once about every 1-3 games, and while most times it is just inconvenient, occasionally it costs me the game in those make or break moments.

Are you guys at Riot aware of the bug? Have you ever tried fixing it or have it on your radar?
