LoL Crashing during Ranked Games

Hi guys, I don't really know if this happens a lot to any of you reading this, but today I had a LoL game (one of my placement matches that I was hoping to win) where the LoLClient crashed not one, not two, not even three... but FOUR times. In a 25 minute match. And it wasn't the type of crash where LoL just wouldnt load for you again. It started up, I played for about 3 more minutes, and it crashed again. And I ended up feeding 3 deaths from it.

Is this normal? I'm DEFINITELY sure that this was not my internet, because the game exited/quit by the LoL screen freezing and then exiting out, followed by the BugSplatter Application opening up.

And secondly... if any staff member sees this, do you think you can maybe remove the AFK reports on me for this (in the match- I was Janna and it was around 23:00 EST), and maybe replace a loss of mine with a win (because I wasn't in that game AT ALL and ended up being the unintentional big factor for why we lost)?
