Attempting to craft Championship Thresh (Golden Chroma) using the worlds tokens results in a crafting failed message and how it has a bad motivator or whatever. Restarting client does nothing to resolve issue (as suggested in the text box) and the service is listed as good to go. Feels like a scam, where bundles are not allowed to be returned, but the bundle doesnt even work for its intended purpose.
What message did you exactly you receive?

Having the same issues, I haven't tried with the other worlds items yet, but I can't seem to forge my thresh chroma.

Same issue, I've been trying to forge the golden Championship Shyvana chroma for a solid three days now and I've still had no luck.
Got the problem for the Orbs. Never tried the chromas or borders, but the rest works.
I have been having the same issue with trying to craft the golden championship kalista (own the championship kalista skin already), the boarder and icon for same champion, and then I watched the worlds opening ceremony and the game with C9 vs KGM and it didn't give me the challenge of watching a game on www.lolesports.com while being logged in. I don't know what is going on with this patch but it is really messed up. I spent RL money on RP to get the worlds pass and the skin. It is a lot of money to me currently because I am unable to work due to recovering from a clavicle surgery. so my money is very tight right now. Regretting spending the $20 on the RP because the only thing I got was the championship skin that I purchased. The worlds pass has been a joke so far. Hopefully they are able to do something about this in the near future before the event ends and really irritates thousands of players worldwide, if not millions.
Yeah crafting the Worlds 2018 is still broken. Come on riot...
