Bug: Item Display Post Game TeamBuilder

Shows as Poachers knife in Teambuilder Post Game Lobby , as we know poachers is long gone, and it brought me back to the days of Nunu counter jungling me, riot pls no, make it stop, I highlighted the current patch of the client and the Hunter's Potion, to ensure you see this as an actual current (11/21/15) bug other than a possible edited picture, thanks for reviewing this, cheers .
