Champ Select Chat and After-game Chat Bug

Champ select chat for Old Champ Select and after-game chat do not work - you wont connect to them. Lasts several days already. Occasional, noticed this mostly in ARAM. EUNE server.

I was about to post this. Happened to me today as well. The in-game chat was ok.
