Found a serious glitch with new UI in champ select screen

I was unable to see/choose champions in the champ select screen while queued for Flex ranked. I was also unable to select rune pages, and ward skins were unavailable as well. I was in promos & I can't really tell if this cost me a win or not (still haven't gotten new UI completely worked out). Clearly an outside factor that may affect progression through ranks (that is completely outside players control) has to be fixed. If this is a known issue I'd recommend disabling ranked queue until it is fixed.
