Pvp.net dissconected getting, getting a black screen

Not sure if is happening to anyone else but I constantly am disconnected from PVP.net after every game, its kicked me out of champion select at one point and threatened to ban, I have uninstalled panda media booster as well as disabled IP helper, don't know why it keeps happening. Also just today my game joined into champion select and stayed a black screen had to close league and then re-login...which gave me the 5 minute delay for leaving champion select...again! Thanks in advance,
