Accepting a game

Upon queuing a match will be found, I will accept, but as soon as another does not accept, it freezes on the match found symbol then shortly after will say that I dodged the Queue, did it 3 times in a row now so I have to wait or it will penalize me, I have the screenshots but cannot add them
