Pvp.net continously disconnects

Hey, So every single game I play at the end of the game when you are supposed to get your stats, it says "disconnected please reconnect" (along those lines), so I click okay, then the stats page never loads, says "waiting for stats" will not load, and trust me..I have waited. Searched for problems like this, i've port forwarded all the required ports, disabled that Ipv6 thing, the IP Helper, no panda media booster,

Very frustrating especially when I play with incredibly toxic people and cannot report them or even honor my teammates for playing good...
