[GAMEPLAY] Random Graphics Bug

While spectating a friendly Yasuo move through the jungle, two sets of 7 black dots randomly appeared on the right side of my screen and persisted there for the rest of the game. Tabbing out of the game, dying, and unlocking the camera didn't do anything to remove the issue.

The Plays.TV recording kind of interrupted around when they first appeared since I tried alt-tabbing to fix it then. But it shows the issue well enough. They're not distracting enough to matter, but still. I've never seen this issue before, and a quick browse of the bugs forum tells me nobody else has either.
