Vel'Koz Passive not Showing in Spectate Mode

Vel'Koz's Organic Deconstruction passive symbol doesn't show on minions, monsters, or champions when spectating a game. You can see the symbol when the 3rd stack consumes the mark, but not before.

1. Spectate any game with a Vel'Koz
2. Watch any enemy hit by an ability
