Kai'Sa Leveling Abilities Bug

After getting the stats from leveling up to upgrade Kai'Sa's evolved E and doing so glitched the HUD out. I had still not picked an ability to put a point into from the level, and became locked out. I couldn't click the button to level up or use the CTRL shortcut. Waiting to get the experience to level up again didn't fix it either.

The issue did fix itself after I logged out of the game and reconnected, finally letting me spend the 2 level points.

Can confirm this happens.

Steps to reproduce:

Level Up
either have acquired enough stats from levelling up or purchase items to aqcuire enough stats.
Evolve an ability
See HUD bug

if you click one of the faded boxes it will let you level it up even if you dont have the required ad, ap, or as

is there any fix to this during the game without cloing and reopening, getting annoying i can't put points in my W once i get the Q upgraded cause of AP
