Irelia Ult visual bug [GAMEPLAY]

Playing Irelia (base skin) top versus a Sion. Turned level 6 and used ult for first time. One of the blades that was fired stayed frozen at the end of its trajectory, perpetually spinning, for the rest of the match. Appeared to just be a visual glitch that we could all see, but did not damage anything that passed through it that I know of. I don't know if it can be replicated.
