xin zhao bug

hey there riot, i just play a game of jungle sin zhao and i noticed something, he q wouldn't knock up the jungle monsters. I didn't play him a long time before that so i thought maybe he was changed so he didn't knock up minions, but then his q wouldn't work on champions either. I knocked up 2 people the whole game and landed all three qs way more than that. thought you should know
