Getting punished because a billion-dollar game doesn't grant the luxury of a functioning client

-accept ranked game -everyone picks, prepare for battle -nothing shows up -30 second later, close client and re-open -client freezes, have to manually open task manager and end client -new client I opened crashes and stuck at logo screen -repeat -get in game -stuck at 4% -"game is no longer working, feel free to join a new game" -lose lp -leaverbuster

Client functions, issue is generally user setup. But i agree, its bullshit to be punished pver a user setup conflict, but theres no real way to distinguish that automatically.

The client this year sucks. I have been playing LOL for 4 years and never had problems until this year. I can't get into half the games I try to play. Right after character selection, it just doesn't load the game and restarting client never helps. I'm afraid to play ranked games now.
