Ive gone against 2 veigars as cho'gath and kassadin. and both games the enemy veigar has taken. I looked at both runes and masteries with both veigars not having any defenses or health runes stacking and they took 0 damage. neither build rod. and i have no idea whats going on. I dont remember veigar getting buffs what so ever so where the heck are these hidden buffs at?/?????????????

Arctic Snow Wolf1 votesnope i am not missing abilities. i mained cho'gath for months so i got good with hitting all his abilties. and for kass q is a target ability, and e is a aoe short range ability no no its not missing abilities. jack monkey
Icestar11861 votesIf you mean that Veigar isn't building damage: Once you have enough stacks, it's common to start selling your AP items for tank items since you'll do tons of damage regardless. If they start out as tanks though, they're doing it wrong.
Arctic Snow Wolf1 votesno veigar is taking no damage from my abilities. on cho, i would give him the full come q,w,e,r and he would live. even though i went magic pen reds, and ap quints and tank yellow and blue. and in both games the veigar would be going straight ap. no tank items besides roa. they would have no tank runes at all just magic resist blues and armor yellows. and straight ap masteries non in the tank tree. they have no tank items what so ever. but they would also be taking no damage at all. and no does a good amount of damage early game with thunderlords. and i get the procs off nearly every time.
TequilaZombie1 votesNo damage at all means your abilities are not dealing damage to him, even though you are hitting. If this is only a figure of speech, I sugest you go to the Gameplay section.
If it is indeed a bug (he is LITERALLY taking no damage), then there is no need to bring his build into it.
Arctic Snow Wolf1 votesalright let me simple it. he is taking damage but reduced damage. if I hit him with my q or w, it should take veigar which has low hp over all to half health, from the magic pen, ap and corruption potion or dorans ring. but it doesn't id be lucky if it brings him to 75% health. that's what I'm getting at. when I do attack it looks like my damage is getting reduced. unless riot secretly reduced cho'gaths and kass damage then I don't know what is going on. all I'm saying is all the time ive played cho'gath ive always been able to chunk anyone out in lane with q and w poke but veigar takes little damage.

Arctic Snow Wolf1 votesnot really. veigar is really squishy. if you run the right rune set it could take him down to around half health. which i ran the same rune set since i mained him for a few months which does a lot of damage early
