Master Arcanist Ziggs Visual Q Bug

MA Ziggs Q doesn't explode when it hits something, or finishes bouncing. It still does the AoE damage, but there's no explosion. And what's the point of playing Ziggs i we don't get to see things explode, amirite? The base skin still has its explosion, and I don't have any other skins to test it out on. I linked an imgur with pics for reference. The first one if the base skin's Q explosion. The second is Master Arcanist Ziggs' Q explosion (there's a few tiny sparkles, but certainly nothing you'd be able to distinguish in a game). http://imgur.com/a/eaJji

Playing ziggs with this skin but without Q's explosion animation isn't fully satisfying. I hope RIOT will know this visual bug as fast as possible! :D

Pls riot I just bought this skin and ma ziggs q don't have explosion this so ugly and dumb because this is a pretty good skin. Ziggs is the explosives expert and he doesn't do explosion in his q. A moth before I saw a video on YouTube with this skin and the q has explosion pls do sth. I don't won't to waste my money like that again. And I think sometimes it doesn't deal dmg with tis skin

This skin is still bugged in 2019. But I'm here because it's bugged in a different way. The depth perception of the W and Q are strange. It looks like it's going to the left, so you dodge rightm but then it somehow curves to the right. I'm not talking about the bounce, the bounce is fine on default skin. But on Arcanist it just looks off. I keep walking INTO it instead of OUT of it. It's similar to Nidalee Q on that 1 skin where the spear is like transparent red.

The only skin that I have with Ziggs that doesn't use the base bomb (which is all of them, except Major) is Mad Scientist, and it works fine on that skin. So I would think it's Master Arcanist exclusively
