Clash Jungler DC's as soon as we start Baron

As soon as we started to turn the game around and started on the baron, our jungler gets disconnected from the game. He can still talk to us perfectly fine on Discord yet he cannot do anything ingame. As we call the other team out on DDOS they reply very aggressive. That was the most sketchy DC ever, in the whole time I have played League of Legends.
