Champ Select Spam Crash

My friend was selecting multiple champions extremely fast during ban/pick phase and it caused everyone on the team to have their champion select screen bug out. This can be used as an exploit to force first pick to dodge. The timer stopped counting down and my nephew couldn't Lock in his champion. It happened twice and on the 2nd dodge timer, i knew that the cause was the spamming of champions in that screen. The person spamming the champions was on the very bottom, and the person who got dodge timer, twice, was my nephew who was first pick. he was unable to do anything and all of our screens were very unresponsive.
