Client not loading completely

I am able to click play and open up a lobby, but the accept/decline window is not displaying. I have tried to run the launcher in administrator mode, no success.

EDIT: fixed it by re-installing. It's strange that the error started happening out of nowhere. Everything seemed fine yesterday night.
