Cant gift some skins from the after game!

So my friend wants the new Warwick skin and while we havent been friends long enough on our list we tried to play a bot game so i could gift him that way. It seem to work, but for some reason it seems like the new Warwick skin isnt available to gift that way. all the other Warwick skins seem to be there, but that one skin! anyway to fix this?
