Neeko player permanently at level 1 all game

Had a weird game where the enemy Neeko was really bugged.

The player was playing perfectly normally (albeit they didn't communicate in the /all chat all game, even when we were asking about this bug) and we could see in the score screen that the champ was leveling up normally and buying items etc.

However looking at the actual champion in the game, through the entire game, the Neeko just appeared permanently at level 1. What's more weird is no matter how much we attacked, her health would never appear to deplete. Instead she would just suddenly die from 100% hp if we attacked enough. This was the same for everyone one our team but I don't think it was the same for the enemy team.

In addition, from what I remember, when she used her decoy ability, you could see what her actually level/hp was in the decoy but not in the real champ.

At first I thought she was actually stuck at level one and not able to level up or get any exp lol.

I just had the same problem. My team acted like I should just suck it up and have no idea what her health, level or mana situation was all game...

Hey! had the same thing happen in my match, from their end it looks normal. Also it stops if you have vision when she transforms into another champ and then back. It does restart sometimes from what i saw though. No idea on the cause.
