[Client] Chat not displaying correctly, client crash when trying to change summoner icon

When chatting with others, and they reply, their reply is displayed above what i last wrote instead of below it. Not a major bug but annoying, as you don't notice when people reply and it is not in the proper order

When clicking on summoner icon to change, the client immediately crashes.
