Summoner Spells target/prioritize illaoi's spirit instead of the enemy champion

It's a huge nuisance that summoner spells can target the Spirit form Illaoi's E. Ignite doesnt deal the damage directly to the enemy champion (and thus gets reduced damage) nor does it apply grievous wounds. Exhaust has no affect at all. Red and Blue smites deal reduced damage and apply no effects through the spirit.

cant tell you how many times i have, or an ally had accidentally used a summoner on a spirit in a fight. or, those occasions where a teammate EXHAUSTS THE SPIRIT WHEN I'M CHASING THE REAL PERSON.

happened in my most recent game against riven. she got away from the fight because my exhaust hit the spirit instead of her in our first fight
