[CLIENT] Extra Champion Portrait in Rotation; All Black Picture

In the client at Launch, an extra, eleventh portrait has now appeared. The rectangle portrait, however, is completely black. It's located third from left by Amumu and clicking it brings up Bard's page; Bard is not on this rotation at this is time.
