Azir Turret can be placed on living Turrets [GAMEPLAY]

Just as the title says, I am able to place Azirs Passive Turrets on top of Friendly Turrets that are still alive. This includes even the Fountain Turret, which also made the Passive Turret unable to die, thus not allowing me to place another turret down. This happened in a Team Builder match up, and though I recreated the issue a couple of times to show everyone what the bug was, I did not use it to further ourselves in the game. I don't know what causes it. Also, because my LoLReplay is messed up, I cant provide visual proof of this happening
