Hec's charge is moving Zhonya'd champs!

His charge needs addressed and fixed. (besides needing a hard nerf...jumping way to far, cant dodge it, etc) A champ zhonyas and hec is still able to TARGET and move said champ, pushing them into his team. This is bs. fix [zombie-brand-facepalm]
