It is 7:00 PM EST (16:00 Pacific), and the ranked team queue is still closed? Bug or delay?

What the Fizz Rito... Like, they give us this ward skin to work towards and then don't let us play for it.

Ranked Team queues should have just opened up not too long ago. If you restart your client, I think you should be able to see it on the queue list. Let me know if you still are having issues after a client restart.
