anyone seen the none champion?

so I scrolled down in the champion collection tab and found the none champion. I clicked it to see what would happen and saw that is a magic damage champion that focus on auto attacks and is easy in difficulty. unlock leads to an error in the client, learn more leads to 404, passive and q are clickable but laggy, and skins unavailable.
