Easily repeatable. Whenever Illaoi E's someone who's dashing, the dashing champion's spirit stays where they were pre-dash.
This happens to me every other game. It's a little ridiculous at this point. I took it into a custom to reproduce as seen above.
How to reproduce: Cast Illaoi E on someone who's currently dashing.
That's happened to me a ton too. When someone dashes or blinks toward Illaoi during the spirit's return, the spirit goes to where they started. When someone dashes or blinks away from Illaoi, the spirit flies behind Illaoi, the distance away from the normal spawn point corresponding to the distance of the dash. Essentially, the spirit moves the opposite way of the dash and it's unbelievably frustrating.
