[GAMEPLAY] Quinn passive refusing to work

Ive got in a game a few days ago and i was against a Vladimir and everytime i was trying to proc harrier marks, i had to attack twice or else it refused to work. It happened one time on 3 on strange timing but it seems to work for every champion .

Step 1: Pick Quinn into a game Step 2: Wait for Harrier to pop on enemy champion Step 3 : Auto attack to proc Harrier Step 4 : Repeat until it doesn't on first auto attack
