Idk what happened but league broke

I was playing last night just before the announcement of the new patch coming out where my entire game froze. Completely froze. I try to alt+Ect to tab out and see if my internet went down... I couldn't. I try to Alt+F4... I couldn't. I tried to cntrl+alt+delete and I open task manager and it takes me there and when I click the task manager option I'm back in the frozen league game. I sign out of my account and sign back in, I open league and the client freezes. I manage to click recconect and the loading screen dies on me, everything's at 0 and I can't tab out or alt+f4. So I restart pc and open league and my game is done (we won, we were in the final push when this started) and I try an ARAM because that won't endanger my rank. So, it's buggy as hell, slow and freezing. I then load into the game, but everything's at 0 on the loading screen. I close that somehow, I think alt+f4 worked but then I'm in the game. It's bugged out, no health bars over champions, I can't tell friend from foe. Someone mentions checking my settings for it, but when I press ecp the game crashes. I load in again eventually after this mess and I see the health bars, but everythings broken and all over the place. My R went through 3 champions without hitting any of them, minions are stuck in place then teleport ahead, champions are fine except for my abilities missing much more than typical. Point blank arrow on a trundle went through him as he was hitting me and I died. I finished the game, we won, and now I'm scared to even play league because of this. Even after the patch the client seems much slower than it was two days ago. I even did a repair but that was during the aram game when it crashed but like I mentioned, it didn't help.
