Pick' Em Knockout Stage didn't lock correctly

Has anyone else experienced this? I went to check my points on pick'em and noticed that one of my picks is incorrect and my 1st place winner is non-existant. Kinda sucks because I have a good feeling that my prediction is 100% this year.
