Bug with IP

I recently tried to change my name, i have 13991 IP, but when I click the purchase button and the screen which asks for your desired name and asks you to verify it, but I can't purchase because in that screen it says I have 13803 IP, the IP I had yesterday. I can't change my name currently, I've tried logging in again and restarting my pc but nothing works, help would be appreciated.
