Game breaking Quinn bug patch 7.8 stuck in walls with E (Vault)

If Quinn vaults over a wall sometimes she gets stuck in it, unable to move or auto attack until she dies or is able to E again. Bug has existed for 2 or more seasons now with no fix despite constantly telling Riot about it, makes her massively unreliable to play in the Jungle especially and it's all down to this bug.

Loses games solely down to this bug and Riot needs to stop ignoring it as it is completely unfair and game breaking.
