[Client] First win of the day timer bug

When I go to my profile, the "first win of the day" notification would sporadically claim that I have my first win available, even when it is not the case.

For example I will play a game, receive my first win, and my timer will correctly start counting down from 22 hours. If I check back a few hours later, it will randomly say that I have first win available again. I can play a game (and not receive my first win, since in reality I'm not eligible for it yet), then the timer on my profile will correctly start counting down again. (e.g. 9 more hours until first win) I cannot reliably reproduce this bug but it does happen several times a day.
