Charector Freezing vs. Illoai

I don't know how to screen shot with my computer or I'd have a photo, but playing as Earnest Elf Teemo when Illoai made me a vessel my charector model froze and wouldn't move, and the level was reset to 1 on my HP bar. Teemo wouldn't walk places, but instead would just instantly appear where I clicked after enough time for him to walk there had passed and this went away after Illoai E'd me again.
