Gamebreaking Quinn Bug - Ult does not proc and does zero damage

edit: and for the people with troll responses in the comments, let me just remind you that this prevents her e r aa combo from proccing electrocute. So yes, it's gamebreaking.

And no, it does not "only happen in practice tool". It happens in any game mode anywhere.

How to reproduce:

All you have to do is ult, then AA something in bird form. Something she will just stand still, go out of bird form with an aa and the ult will vanish with zero damage / zero anything, no animation, nothing. It's like you've been hit by an ability and it has been cancelled. Except you haven't. Even feels like it freezes you in place, so it just makes the champ unplayable.

I THINK it is something to do with the distance you are from the target. When you are closer it will often work correctly, and when you are far away it will not.

Happens about 50% of the time, one of the worst bugs I've ever seen and it's been in the game for several patches. Quinn is basically unplayable until this is fixed, so Riot you really need to do something about this, you can't wait until a rework to fix a bug this major, where the ult does literally NOTHING on second cast.
